Terms and conditions AIX Facebook lottery
The organizer ICARO Paragliders/Fly & more GmbH reserves the right to change or end this competition without giving reasons.
The participation of this competition is possible until the 31st July 2016 00:00.
Our new protector harness “AIX” will be drawn in the size of your choice incl. shipment costs.
The participation will result by liking the Facebook site ICARO Paragliders and a comment or “Like” on this Facebook post.
More than one comment is valued as a single participation.
The participants agree that their name will be made public in case of winning.
Illegal contents/comments and such violating the Facebook guidelines will be removed without notice. The participant will be excluded from the competition.
Fly & more GmbH/ICARO Paragliders‘ employees and their relatives are excluded from this competition.
The winner will be determined by the drawing of lots within 7 days after the competition ends.
The winner will be announced on the ICARO Paragliders Facebook site. The winner must write a private message to the ICARO Paragliders Facebook site with indication of the harness size and address details.
Should the winner not contact us within the given period the harness will be drawn again amongst all remaining participants.
All Facebook names will be collected and saved for the drawing of the winner.
All data will be deleted after the competition but at the latest 30 days after. The winners address details are saved for the purpose of shipping.
No data is disclosed to third parties. The participants are entitled to information, -modification and cancellation rights.
